Die-cut

Felts produced have the option to be adhesive coated and/or die-cut into requested shapes stipulated by the customer. Each die-cut part will require a bespoke tool to be made to allow cutting.

Felts produced within Lacus Felt (Tier 2) are then passed to the next stage in the process to the Tier 1 customer, who will either die-cut or mould into the desired shape and rigidity and supply to the OEM involved.
